Philippe Starck invites us to activate our imagination in his Guns Collection for FLOS Loung Floor lamp, with an 18-carat, gold-plated support that is arms inspired This is the latest provocation by a great storyteller, who knows all too well that even adults need fairy tales to dispel their fears and that they need to play war to evoke peace. He knows our weak points inside and out and therefore our need of effective and universal symbols.

This M16 Rifle Floor Lamp has a body in die cast aluminium with injection moulded polymer overprint and gold plated finish 18K. Matte black plasticized paper diffuser, silk screen gold printing inside, with subtle S+arck signature cross decoration.

Glo-Ball Ceiling : C1 + C2Glo-Ball Ceiling : C1 + C2 - Flos, *Glo-Ball Range

These Glo-Ball Ceiling Lights by Jasper Morrison are availabe in two sizes : C1 - Small and C2 - Large. They fit up to the ceiling with the aid of a ceiling fixture that you wire into the electric supply, then fit the glass shade. We recommend that you also fit dimmer switches for these lights to make he most of the lighting effects that they can create - from a subtle, warm glow to the freshest, bright white light.

The Taccia lamp designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni is in no uncertain terms a Design Icon

It was designed, by the Castiglioni brothers for Flos in 1962, and as with many of their other products of that time ( eg. The Arco & Toio Floor Lamps), a key design factor was to make the light functional by making it adjustable. It's style is very unique - some think it is ugly & cumbersome, but its beauty lies in its simplicity

The base is a fluted column of Aluminium - Classical Architecture combined with Industrial Materials. The Clear Glass Shade is a parabolic bowl, toped with an aluminium Reflector - which can be easily rotated to direct the light.

Designed to be stood on a Table, and available with the base in a choice of two colours, silver aluminium or black.
