Part of a family of lamps that also includes a table lamp & floor standing the lamp, this ceiling fixture is simple, elegant & gives a stunning light effect, due to the nature in which the shade is made - Blown Murano Glass which is white on the inside & coloured on the outside. The result is a shade that glows with colour whilst the light beams themselves are actually white.
This shade directs the light upwards onto the ceiling>

The Circus Wall & Ceiling Light fittings designed by Defne Koz for Foscarini, come in two sizes and can be used as either wall or ceiling fittings.
The shades sit about 3 cm away from the wall and cast light out in a halo, almost giving an effect of hovering above the wall.
The Satin Glass shade is white lined and coloured on the outside, and a central Button feature in nickel plated metal is a finishing touch

Available in two sizes and a choice of new colours for 2008 Polished White, and Polished Ivory.

The Dolmen Lamp by Ferruccio Laviani for Foscarini

This lamp comprises of an anodised aluminium support with circular appertures in the front that are fitted with white diffusors, while the back of the lamp is fitted with a transparent diffusor to allow light to reflect back off the wall.

Looks fabulous simply leant up against a wall, but is also supplied with fixtures to mount the lamp fully on the wall in virtually any position.
