The collection of the Alessi Museum in miniature. Made as exact replicas of the real size items - with working parts, lids etc

Alessi's philiosphy has always been that they produce their products with function in mind along with poetic value. These miniatures are intended to satify a demand for the art & peotry of these products without the investment of the full sized object.
A mix of classic products from the past 60 years - some design favourites still in production and some discontinued items. Allowing the collector the oportunity to own these great designs whilst saving a great deal of space & money.

We particularly like the fact that you can own some of the Philippe Starck discontinued items - Hot Berta & Dede.

Some cynics have questioned the usefulness of the actual full sized products - the Juicy Salif Lemon squeezer in particular is ridiculed for its inability of juice a lemon effectively - but no one can deny that these classic Alessi products have influenced our world in both terms of pushing the aesthetics of design and developing innovative new materials & production techniques, and thus owning one in miniature is an appreciation of this part of our design history.
