Pelicano

The Pelicano coffee maker, designed by Michael Graves fo Alessi in 1993, is in cast aluminium and comes in two different sizes 36cl for six cups of coffee and 18 cl for three cups of coffee ( remember those are very small espresso cup, shots of very strong coffee !)
Designed as part of the Michael Graves range that was developed to complement his 'Bird Whisteling Kettle' of 1988 - This Pelicano stove top Espresso maker is very simple to use - and does make the most delicious coffee!

The aluminium material used is thought to give a distinguised robust flavor to the coffee. The boiler is made with a thick base to ensure maximum heating capacity and is suitable for use on all types of hobs (except induction).
