BRASS - Clare Brass

Born 1962 in London. Works as a designer in Milan. Just as many others, Clare Brass also was attracted to Italy, where she lives and works today. Clare Brass went to Milan after finishing her studies in design at the Middlesex University. She worked with Matteo Grassi and Andrea Branzi, and opened her own Studio ZOO Design Coordination in 1988 in close cooperation with graphic designers and photographers. Along with her work as a designer for customers such as, for example, Alessi, Twergi and Edra, she is also correspondent for various professional magazines such as 'Blueprint', 'Designer’s Journal' and 'Abitare' (Italy), and she teaches at schools of design in England and at the 'Istituto Europeo di Design' in Milan.
