She takes care of the artistic management for the Serralunga collection, work mentioned by ADI Index 2004, and she projects for other companies in the furnishing field.

Born in Mendrisio, Switzerland in 1943, Mario Botta trained at the Academy of Fine Arts, Milan before studying architecture at the Istituto Universitario d'Architecttura in Venice. Prior to founding his own architectural practice in Lugano, he worked in the offices of Le Corbusier. Since 1982, he has designed furniture for the Italian manufacturer, Alias. His 'Seconda' chair is in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York and the Victoria & Albert Museum, London.

Born in Chemnitz in 1893 Brandt is an important figure in the history of modern design, not simply because she created some of the most beautiful metal ware, but because she did so as a woman. She later explained how difficult it was to enter the male dominated domain of metal working at the Bauhaus and described how the men gave her dull, repetitive work for a considerable amount of time before they accepted her. She eventually became one of the most celebrated designers associated with the Bauhaus - some of her designs are still in production today, manufactured under license by Alessi.

Andrea Branzi, born in 1938. Architect, designer and author of many books and essays, has played an important role in the cultural debate that followed the development and success of Italian Design.
As a designer he worked with Archizoom and Memphis, and he has collaborated with the leading Italian furniture and accessory manufacturers, the latest being Alessi.He is now the President of the Steering Committee of the Domus Academy, of which he is also a founding member. He teaches Industrial Design at the Milan Polytechnic. He has held many personal exhibitions of his work both in Italy and abroad.

Born 1962 in London. Works as a designer in Milan.Just as many others, Clare Brass also was attracted to Italy, where she lives and works today. Clare Brass went to Milan after finishing her studies in design at the Middlesex University. She worked with Matteo Grassi and Andrea Branzi, and opened her own Studio ZOO Design Coordination in 1988 in close cooperation with graphic designers and photographers. Along with her work as a designer for customers such as, for example, Alessi, Twergi and Edra, she is also correspondent for various professional magazines such as 'Blueprint', 'Designer’s Journal' and 'Abitare' (Italy), and she teaches at schools of design in England and at the 'Istituto Europeo di Design' in Milan.
CACCIA DOMINIONI - Luigi Caccia DominioniCACCIA DOMINIONI - Luigi Caccia Dominioni
Luigi Caccia Dominioni was born in 1913 in Milan, where he graduated in architecture in 1936. In the same year he began practising in partnership with Livio and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni and together with them he developed a reputation as a pioneer of industrial design. Their collaboration resulted in some particularly important projects of a series of radio sets for Phonola and a wide research on cutlery. His 'Caccia' cutlery range comes from this research and is on permanent display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.From 1950 to 1980 he designed numerous buildings in Italy and across Europe - the Viboldone monastery, the churches of St. Biagio at Monza, the housing estates at San Felice in Milan and at Monticello, the Parc San Roman skyscraper in Monaco. He also reconstructed the Poldi Pezzoli Museum in Milan.
